Jack of All Trades

I have been out shopping this morning and now it's time for work. I got about 15 Christmas cards done yesterday and still have 25 or so to go. I would like to have them in the mail this week, we shall see! I am also getting ready for my party on Saturday. Looking forward to some fun and fellowship with very good friends, my card class girls.

This is the third card we did in November. I really love these pumpkins and that designer series paper. I will hate to see it go in January. I plan to stock up on some before then.

Card Recipe:

Stamp set: Jack of All Trades

Card stock: Soft Suede 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and 3 x 3, Very Vanilla 4 x 5 1/4 with Big Shot and the Polka Dot Embossing Folder and 2 3/4 x 2 3/4, Spice Cake DSP 2 x 5

Ink: Pumpkin Pie and Soft Suede

Accessories: Chantilly Lace, mini glue dots and dimensionals

Thanks for stoppin in and I'll see you soon.
Hugs,
June

My Friend

It is very cool here this morning, time for jeans and sweaters. We are to get more rain later today and it is to be pretty severe with wind I understand but we really needed the rain. It gets very dry in the summer and I am looking forward to everything turning green again.

I spent yesterday with one of my Tuesday card class ladies, she couldn't make next week's class so she did it early this month. We had a blast just the two of us in my stamping studio. I wouldn't mind having someone come every day to stamp with me. I spend a lot of time in here and it was nice to have someone to talk to. Thanks Bonnie for a great day!!

Here is another September card class card. I love this set. We are doing a card in October with it but a totally different color and layout and I love it!!

Card Recipe:

Stamp sets: My Friend and Thank You Kindly

Cardstock: Whisper White 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, 3 1/2 x 3 3/4, Old Olive 4 x 5 1/4, Paisley Petals DSP 1 3/4 x 3 3/4

Ink: Lucky Limeade and Not Quite Navy

Accessories: Lucky Limeade Ruffled Ribbon 6" and Chantilly Lace 4" and Dimensionals

Thanks for stoppin' in and I'll see you soon.

Easter Blossoms

Finally! I am back! I have just had so much in the works this week and I'm sorry I haven't been posting as I should.
The new freeway is opening this morning that runs by our mobile park and there has been a lot of activity. I didn't realize the commotion a new road causes. The Mayor cut the ribbon and people walked it and rode bikes on it and even the school bands were out playing at 8:30 am.

It looks like a cloudy and cool day but it beats snow and floods any day!

Stamp set: Easter Blossoms

Cardstock: Rich Razzleberry, Pretty in Pink, Sahara Sand and Very Vanilla

Ink: Rich Razzleberry

Accessories: 5/8" Rich Razzleberry Satin Ribbon, Chantilly Lace, Wide Oval Punch, Scallop Oval Punch and Stampin' Dimensionals

Must get ready for card class in 45 minutes. It will be so much fun again this time.

Thanks for stoppin in! Hope to see you real soon.

Hugs,
June
