PUNCH POTPOURRI

This is the other card I made yesterday for my neighbor. I just love the look of the ornament punch for a vase. It's too cute. Whoever came up with that idea is brillant. I also love the colors on this card.

I started with a Very Vanilla card base and layered it with Rich Razzleberry. Then I put on a piece of green from the Cottage Wall collection and then a piece of Razzleberry flowered dsp. I then wrapped a strip of Old Olive Satin ribbon around the layers before putting them on my card base. I punched an ornament from the Cottage Wall DSP and then cut a small strip from the bottom of it to form the vase. The leaves are from Just Believe and the flowers in the vase are stamped from the Punch Potpourri set and punched out with the Boho Blossoms punch. I put them on with dimensionals. I layered the Very Vanilla with the vase and flowers on to a piece of Rich Razzleberry and adhered that to the card. I punched a scallop circle with the 2 3/8 " Scallop Circle Punch and then stamped the sentiment on Very Vanilla and cut it out with the scallop circle punch. I sponged around the Very Vanilla pieces with Old Olive before mounting. I really like the way it turned out.

Thanks for stoppin in!

Hope your night is blessed!
